This past week has been a very hard and testing week for me.  I've been very discouraged about some things.  The whole time, God has been there to help pull me through though.  God has blessed me with the greatest friends that I could possibly ask for.  It is through my friends that God has brought me encouragement and just what I needed throughout the week.  I am so thankful that God has surrounded me with the great christian influence I have in my friends!  God has used them this past week to encourage me in so many ways.

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
